ABOUT PROSPECT DRUGS
All of us started our careers with chain pharmacies after completing our school
at Long Island University. Working in a corporate environment always made us feel
un satiated about our desire for customer service.
We always emphasized on providing advice and information on health by means of patient
counseling, performing drug utilization reviews or by referring patients to the
right source of help and always wanted ourselves to be looked upon as a health care
and information center of the highest caliber.
Our job as a Pharmacist in chain pharmacies constrained to merely checking and bagging
the medications at times and thus came the need and realization for our extended
role to bring some real change in patients lives and all of us decided to move to
independent pharmacies.
HISTORY
During the past 10 years, we always made promises to our patients about our mission
and service and all along we are known to stand behind our promises. Availability
of a Pharmacist to patients at all times to have a one on one discussion about their
prescription queries always remained as our fundamental principle. Our mission is
to make prospect Pharmacy a one stop shop to patients for all their prescription
and health care needs. It appears from our research that prospect needs a paradigm
shift in the way pharmacy care should be provided to its patients and we look forward
to serving you.
